I encountered this at a factory in Tianjin last time – they were shipping panels with inadequate bracing. Nearly caused a whole project to stall. The panels themselves? We’re mostly using Q235 steel, standard stuff. But even with the same grade, you get variations in surface finish, weld quality… It's not like ordering a coffee, you can't just say "give me a steel fence panel." You gotta feel the steel, smell it even – does it smell like proper galvanization, or something cheap? You learn to tell.
