We pre-test every production batch in our in-house lab for sharp edges, pinch points, lead content, and structural integrity. Then we send samples to SGS or BV for third-party certification. You receive the compliance report before shipment.

Standard lead time is 15–18 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 10–12 days with a small rush fee (8% of order value). We also keep 500 pcs in stock for immediate shipment of standard sizes.

Standard packaging: 1 pc per sturdy carton with foam corner protectors, 20 pcs per pallet, shrink-wrapped. For private label, we can print your logo, UPC barcode, and instructions on the box — MOQ 500 pcs for custom packaging.
