Our standard MOQ for custom sizes and colors is 300 pieces per SKU. For continuous galvanized or popular sizes (e.g., 54" tomato cage), MOQ can be as low as 200 pieces. We also offer trial orders at slightly higher per-unit cost for testing the market.

Yes. We have a fully automated powder coating line. We offer green, black, white, and custom RAL/ Pantone colors. The coating is UV-resistant and tested for adhesion (cross-cut test) to ensure it survives sea freight and retail handling.

For galvanized products, we apply a protective oil film (removable with mild soap). For powder-coated items, we wrap each unit in corrosion-inhibiting tissue paper and pack tightly to avoid friction. We also place desiccant packs inside master cartons for high-humidity routes.

Standard production lead time is 30–35 days from confirmed PI. For urgent orders, we can schedule a 20-day express line (subject to factory capacity). Shipping from Tianjin to Los Angeles takes approximately 18–22 days.

Absolutely. We produce custom poly bags, hang tags, blister cards, and retail display boxes with your logo and SKU information. We also offer EDI compliance for labeling if required.

Yes. We provide free pre-production samples for any custom design. You only pay the courier cost (DHL/UPS). For standard stock items, we can send up to 3 free samples for evaluation.
