MOQ for custom packaging is typically 5,000 pieces per SKU.

Every production batch goes through 7 mandatory QC checks:① raw material steel chemistry, ② galvanization thickness (magnetic gauge), ③ coating thickness (cross-section microscopy), ④ adhesion test (cross-hatch), ⑤ color consistency (spectrophotometer), ⑥ bending test (3-point), and ⑦ salt spray test (ASTM B117, 500h minimum). A full COA is issued for each shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is available at buyer’s cost.
