Our standard MOQ for stock sizes (4'x6', 4'x8') is 100 panels. For custom colors (RAL matching), MOQ is 50 panels. For fully custom designs (pattern/dimensions), MOQ is 200 panels. We can mix multiple sizes within one container to help meet MOQ. New clients often start with our sample package (2–3 panels, $160–$240, shipped via DHL) to evaluate quality firsthand.

Each panel is individually wrapped in industrial-grade shrink wrap. Then corrugated corner protectors are applied to all edges. Panels are stacked on 9mm plywood pallets with wooden separators between layers. The pallet is then stretch-wrapped and secured with steel strapping. For full container loads, we also add air bags to prevent shifting. Our damage rate in transit is below 0.3%.

Yes. We offer free samples (you pay shipping) for standard products. For OEM/ODM samples with custom color or pattern, we charge a nominal fee ($80–$150) which is fully refundable when you place a bulk order. Samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx and arrive in 5–7 business days to the USA.

For new customers, we require 30% deposit via T/T (bank wire) after PI confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment (or against Bill of Lading copy). We also accept L/C at sight for orders above $20,000. For established clients (after 2–3 orders), we can discuss 40% deposit + 60% 30-day term. PayPal is accepted for sample orders only.

Typical timeline for a first order:

• Day 4–7: PI confirmation → Deposit payment → Production scheduling
• Day 8–22: Production (15 days average)
• Day 23: QC inspection (we share photos/video) → Balance payment
• Day 24–28: Port loading → Bill of Lading issued
• Day 28–53: Ocean freight (to US West Coast)
• Day 53–58: US customs clearance → Inland delivery

Total: ~8–9 weeks from order to doorstep. Express samples arrive in 6–10 days.

Yes. We provide a 5-year limited warranty against rust perforation and structural manufacturing defects. If you find any quality issue (e.g., coating defect, misalignment), we replace the affected panels on the next order or issue a credit. Our English-speaking after-sales team responds within 12 hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CST). We also provide installation guides and video support.

Absolutely. Our standard range is 3 to 8 feet in height and 4 to 10 feet in width. We can also produce trapezoidal, L-shaped, or curved panels for specific layouts. For custom dimensions, we need a simple CAD drawing or even a hand sketch—our engineering team converts it to production files within 48 hours. There is a one-time tooling fee of $200–$500 for non-standard sizes, waived for orders above $10,000.

We match any RAL, Pantone, or custom color chip you provide. Our process:

1. You send a color reference (chip, photo, RAL code).
2. We create a powder-coated color sample on a 12"x12" steel piece and ship it to you.
3. You approve or request adjustments (1–2 rounds free).
4. Once approved, we lock the formula in our system for consistent production.

We maintain a color deviation tolerance of ΔE < 1.5 (measured by spectrophotometer).
